The KDC values community and the important relationships we maintain with our stakeholders. 

A large percentage of the region’s population is Aboriginal,  working here offers a unique opportunity to work and learn within Indigenous communities, with strong ties to the country, culture, and arts. Aboriginal economic development is a core goal of the Commission’s work and cross-cultural skills are especially valued.  

The region boasts a relaxed atmosphere with many lifestyle and recreational activities available such as boating, fishing, chasing waterfalls and 4WDing, providing the right applicant the perfect work-life balance.
