The Kimberley Development Commission has established a complaints management policy that ensures respectful, fair, and timely handling of complaints and feedback in regard to commission services. The policy maintains alignment with the Western Australian Government complaints management policy to ensure your valuable feedback goes towards improving government services. The Western Australian Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 1992 gives the public the legal right to access information held by government agencies and local and public authorities.
It is the aim of the Kimberley Development Commission (KDC) to make information available promptly and at the least possible cost. Where appropriate, documents will be provided outside of the FOI process.
