WA Regional Development Framework
The WA Regional Development Framework, developed by the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, sets the strategic direction for regional development across Western Australia. The Framework provides a guiding document for Regional Development Commissions to carry out their functions as defined in the Regional Development Commissions Act 1993.
The most recent iteration of the framework outlines the State Government’s vision for sustainable, vibrant and liveable regional communities supported by strong and diversified economies.
